Ever since our founding in 2018, our focus has been rescuing owners of Florida real estate from tax auctions.
Complex Legal and Title Issues
We take on and conquer complex legal and title issues others can’t. For example:
- We convinced a Florida court to overturn a divorce 5 years after the husband died.
- We also got a property tax bill cut in half for 8 previous years plus the current year, even though the statute of limitations for property tax abatements in Florida is only 4 years.
- Florida law says tax deed sales are presumed to be done correctly and are hardly ever overturned. Nonetheless, we sued to have one overturned, and the tax deed buyer settled in our favor.
Our managing trustee, a retired litigation paralegal, navigated these issues without an attorney, demonstrating the depth of our in-house expertise.
